Stuffing-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 24 Button Sized Mushroom Caps

  • 1 cup Leftover Stuffing

  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan

  • 2 tsp. Roasted Garlic Vino & Spice

  • 2 tsp. Olive Oil

Instructions:

In a medium sized bowl, mix stuffing, parmesan, Vino & Spice Seasoning and olive oil. Stuff into mushroom caps. Top with additional parmesan cheese and olive oil. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes until golden. Serve on a festive platter with our other Thanksgiving leftover recipes. Serve and enjoy!
