Rosemary Thyme Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3  lbs Small Red Skin Potatoes

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp. Favorite Wine

  • 2 tsp. Rosemary Thyme Seasoning Mix

Instructions:

Quarter 3 lbs small red skin potatoes, in a large bowl toss with olive oil, your favorite wine, and seasoning until fully coated. Occasionally flip potatoes to ensure even browning. Transfer to a sheet pan and roast at 400 degrees F for 45 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite Frozen Cocktail. Serve and enjoy!
