Place the whole chicken in a roasting pan. Season inside and out with salt and pepper. Cover inside and outside of chicken with our slow cooker chicken rub. Place 3 T of margarine inside the chicken cavity. Arrange globs of the remaining margarine around the outside of the chicken. Place 2-3 stems of rosemary inside the chicken cavity as well. Arrange 3-4 more stems of rosemary in the roasting pan and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Baste with melted margarine and drippings. Pairs best with your favorite frozen cocktail. Serve and enjoy!
