In a food processor or blender place garbanzo beans, olive oil, egg, lemon juice and seasoning mix. Puree until course crumbles form. Roll mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball and set on plate. Firmly roll falafel balls in bread crumbs. Heat about 1 inch of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pan fry patties for about 3 minutes on each side or until crispy. Serve and enjoy!
