Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and cook for 1 minute, continuously stirring with a spatula. Whisk in half of the milk (about 1/4 cup) and cook until slightly thickened. Then gradually add the rest of the milk (1/4 cup) and cook until you get a creamy sauce – about 1-3 minutes. Turn heat to low and stir in the cheese until smooth and all of the cheese is melted. You may add up to two tablespoons more milk if the consistency is rather thick. Season with Zestive Firecracker Nacho Seasoning and mix well. Pour cheese dip into a small bowl and place the bowl in a hollowed out pumpkin or pour cheese dip into a pumpkin shaped bowl and serve with pretzels or Zestive Flatbread Wedges. Serve and enjoy!
