Take a 5lb. chicken and pat totally dry. Take 1/2 T and mix with 2T butter. Rub butter mixture under chicken skin. Slice two limes and place under skin. Brush entire chicken with olive oil and rub 3.5 T mixture over entire chicken.Pour 1/4 can of beer in baking dish and place can in middle of dish. Place chicken over can so it is sitting on the can. Bake 1 hour at 15 minutes at 425 degrees. If chicken begins to brown too much, tent with foil. Serve and enjoy!
