Place meat, seasoning mix, mushroom soup, onion soup, sliced mushrooms, chopped onions and pepper into crockpot. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours. Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted, then stir in sour cream. In a large pot, boil 7 quarts water. Add egg noodles. Cook until tender then drain.Plate and top with beef mixture. Serve and enjoy!
